We established APM early in 2009 to operate in association with industry renowned Albany Vintners, thereby combining our wealth of talent and expertise. Our purpose was to provide a broader base of investors access to the Fine Wine market, and to this end we have one simple objective; to add wealth to our customers.

The premise for establishing APM was that the significant credit-crunch driven market fall in late 2008 created favourable market conditions and opportunities for investment. We predicted that a market correction, fuelled by European and North American collectors & investors taking advantage of the value stock, would kick start the all-important Chinese, Russian and Asian markets, and lead into long running positive market conditions. |

Our prophecy was proved sound when the market entered into a Bull Run in the Spring of ‘09 which has yet to falter and which saw the Liv-ex 100 Fine Wine Index, the industry's benchmark, up some 15.7% by the end of year and a further 11.7% by the end of the first quater of 2010 alone. With demand from China and Asia continuing to increase inexorably, the concurrent market view is that this Bull Run is set to continue into the foreseeable future.
We are particularly proud of the fact that our stringent selection policy and spirited approach ensured that we beat the market by a decent margin in 2009, and continue to do so in 2010.*
We are further thrilled that 2010 has started with such a bang. Both our business and our marketplace are in rude health and we are looking forward to building on the successes we have thus far achieved for our customers.
