A message from the director
Thank you for your interest in Albany Portfolio Management. Selecting the right wine investment advisory firm is, of course, of the utmost importance, but we appreciate it can be a daunting process. Broadly speaking there are two options; traditional wine merchant or bespoke wine investment house.
The trouble is, the traditional merchant tends to be tailored toward the enthusiast collector rather than the pure investor, while investment houses are all too often recent start-ups with little or no track record.
The investor, then, faces the dilemma of settling for advice that will lean toward personal preference rather than being a consequence of proper market analysis, or taking something of a leap of faith.
