Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Albany Portfolio Management Limited, Azamara Club Cruises Limited and Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No purchase necessary.

3. The Judge will be the Managing Director for the time being of Albany Portfolio Management Limited and / or his nominated representative(s)

4. Entries must be submitted via www.albanyportfoliomanagement.co.uk/competition.php and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the website. All internet connection charges shall be the entrant's responsibility.

5. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received on Saturday 30th June 2012. The winner will be informed within 24 hours by telephone. The prize is valid for 2 people who must be available to travel between August 9th 2012 and August 20th 2012.

6. The winner will be required to participate in publicity following the holiday to be published on the website of Albany Portfolio Management Limited

7. All entries must be received by midnight on Friday 29th June 2012 and will be added to the mailing list.

8. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize within 7 days from the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

9. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.

10. One entrant will win an eleven night wine themed cruise for two to aboard the Azamara Journey. The prize includes 11 nights' accommodation on board the Azamara Journey, all meals, luxury fine wines with two hosted meals, boutique red & white wine with other meals, soft drinks, laundry, 5 wine related excursions each including food and wine, return flights to the UK, shuttle to and from port and all gratuities. Should any prize element be unavailable at the time of booking, the prize provider reserves the right to substitute with an element of equal or greater value.

11. The prize does not include travel between the winner's home and Southampton for departure or from the return airport to the winner's home, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.

12. The prize is only valid for the dates of travel documented. The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

14. Albany Portfolio Management Limited is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize have been arranged through Azamara Cruises Limited.
